The rapid change at this recent global competition increases different circumstance in the market and technology. The increasing of complexity and uncertainty represent factors forming new competitive environment. To have an adequate ability to compete in a competitive environment, it is hard to reject that company must be adaptive to the changes. Company success depends on the relationship between investment in technology and corporate strategy. But there are many determinant factors that affect corporate performance, i.e. economic conjuncture, business competition and management skills in implementing the existing strategy.
